Thats really great progress man! An inspiration for myself and im sure many others...
What I want to know, and perhaps others aswell, is; your approach to dieting? aswell as your approach to working out - FB 3x a week, or a split built around compounds?

Firstly, thanks dude! means alot. To see my workouts you can just check out my journal listing all the exercises, sets, and reps but I really stress to anyone including my friends that ask for help that what you do is different for everyone and what works for me may not work for you. And in terms of diet ...
Breakfast: 1 cup whole milk, 1 scoop protein, 2 eggs, 1 cup oatmeal
Brunch: 1 protein bar, 1 whole apple, sometimes milk, nuts
Lunch: 1 huge sandwich with whole wheat bread, lots of pastrami/chicken slices/turkey, 1 fiberous bar
Preworkout: razor8
Post workout: 1.5 cup milk with 2 scoops protein
Dinner: Lots of steak, chicken, or fish, 2-3 cups brown rice, lots of veges
before bed: 1 cup milk with 1 scoop protein, OR 2 cups of cottage cheese/greek yogurt
