How about this... Laura Phelps benching 510 pounds. It's in a powerlifting shirt, but even so strong bench for anybody let alone a woman weighing about 160 or so...

I believe the SPF doesn't drug test.

Strong though, no doubt ( but her technique isn't all that good. Moving your feet from the bench to the floor while holding the weight is bad. She needs to get set FIRST and then take the weight. her elbows are pretty flared too, it'll tear up her shoulders eventually if she goes heavier ).

Isnt that supposed to be how female lifting competitions are judged....The aggregate score of of the lifts, combined with the scores from the bikini portion of the meet. (of course the bikini scores are weighted to emphasise their obvious importance)

About 20 years ago, I gave a woman a spot who did 225 for 6 reps (I helped her get 8) -- In retrospect, I wished I would have asked her about her training, but I was honestly too stunned at the time to do so.

Even though she probably can do it without a spot, if the spotter touches the bar if I were benching, it would not count. If I need a spot, I always tell the spotter to only spot if needed and not to follow the bar or touch the bar.
