I think he means it's a stiff legged deadlift. It was sort of between the two, but I would've said it was much closer to a stiff legged deadlift. Just notice how he doesn't make much movement at the knee compared to normal. Some might even argue it was a rack pull. It really doesn't matter. You can tell he's not going heavy by the pace in which he blasts those reps out.
Few pictures from his ******** from that workout by the looks.

I hope he is making some serious progress this off season. His potential is just unreal and it would be a shame if he never reached his full capabilities.

Davis, I will put it this way. If Cedric comes to his own and gets the full potential thing going on for him, he will absolutely win from the back but I don't know bro. Not everyone is phil heath. plus his family had a car accident last year and dieting must be really hard for him when he is in the army. The guy eats like ramen noodles and canned tuna

That is the thing you know. The guy truly loves it and it is a fulltime job you know. i guess it is hard to give it up. If he starts making some big money though maybe he will. Cedric is older than 30 so he might be thinking of doing this army thing until he is like old

The thing that strikes me about Ced is how humble he is, which makes him a lovely guy (he's even spoken to me once on FB chat), but strikes me as somewhat of a pitfall in bbing. That is, I believe a certain degree of arrogance and self-belief is crucial for success in sport, and especially bbing, which is such a mentally demanding sport. After his win at the Europa, following the car crash, he took everything people were saying about his "regression" to heart and seemed to be completely disappointed in himself. To be fair, the emotional and mental toll of the month or so prior would have been monumental, but I just worry that he doesnt have the absolute burning desire to excel or the belief that he can. Having said this, Id love to be wrong as Ced actually one of my favourite bber's and one of the best personalities in the sport, and to see him live up to his genetic potential would be awesome!
