Is it normal to fell tired, lazy, dizzy when i am on a diet?
Right now i am cutting down only 400-500 calories, but why do if feel so bad some times :-(
My nutrision ratio is like this:
Main Calories: 3000
6 meals each day, each meal:
Carbs 40% 40.g
Prot: 30% 30.g
Fet: 30% 0-10.g (Trying to keep my fat intake as low as possible)
You have any idea what i could be doing wrong?
I would love to get feed back!
My weight is: 80 Kg
height: 184Cm

I'm going to guess you've decided to eat 5 or 6 times a day for some reason, yielding 2500-3000 calories at the original macros per meal?
You need to read the stickies. Your body doesn't run on ratios, so calculate your protein & fat needs in grams. Just off the top of my head I'd say your dietary fat intake is low. Again, calculate your macronutrient needs - the stickies will help.
Edit: also, based on your last post, you're eating 1800 calories / day ?!? If you're maintenance is 3000 them 1800 is quite low. Try 10%-20% below maintenance and increase fat intake.Clear eyes, full heart: can't lose.
