Is it normal to fell tired, lazy, dizzy when i am on a diet?
Right now i am cutting down only 400-500 calories, but why do if feel so bad some times :-(

My nutrision ratio is like this:
    Main Calories: 3000
6 meals each day, each meal:
    Carbs 40% 40.g
    Prot: 30% 30.g
Fet: 30% 0-10.g (Trying to keep my fat intake as low as possible)

You have any idea what i could be doing wrong?

I would love to get feed back!

    My weight is: 80 Kg
    height: 184Cm
    activity: 6-7 times week (Hard!)

HHow manyy calories are you eating per day? What is your maint lev cals?
Are you SURE youu have your maint cals right?
400-500 off maint is a steep cut. Why so much?

I would always suggest starting at just- 200 off maint.

Low fat could be the reason. What is your overall calorie intake?

If you are seriously only eating 40g carbs, 30g protein, 10g fat, you are going to die.

Go read the stickies to get on an appropriate diet plan, and if you are really only eating that much......go get help.

I hope that was a typo.

Yeah, that's why I asked about overall calorie intake. We must be reading that wrong, since he says he's at maintenance - 500

    40g protein + 30g carb + 10 g fat = 300 cals. You're eating 10 meals a day? If so, you're dizzy because you're making yourself crazy.

I'm going to guess you've decided to eat 5 or 6 times a day for some reason, yielding 2500-3000 calories at the original macros per meal?

You need to read the stickies. Your body doesn't run on ratios, so calculate your protein & fat needs in grams. Just off the top of my head I'd say your dietary fat intake is low. Again, calculate your macronutrient needs - the stickies will help.

Edit: also, based on your last post, you're eating 1800 calories / day ?!? If you're maintenance is 3000 them 1800 is quite low. Try 10%-20% below maintenance and increase fat intake.
Clear eyes, full heart: can't lose.
