I've become a fan of crossfit recently. I went from bodybuilding to wrestling, and realized I was weak at 6ft 230lb...anyway everyone's got different goals. Some people would say that there's no artistic beauty in bodybuilding anymore anyway...

my buddy told me the other day he wants to bulk up about 15 lbs. I was like sweet eat a **** ton of everything (he on dat dere ecto time with me). And then he dropped that he was doing crossfit then lifting after.

Meh, it works for me. Im doing xfit with a strength bias, my lifts have all gone up and i enjoy doing the oly lifts along with the straight PL ones. Im in the military so theres no point in me focusing on straight PL or BB.

This may be more a reflection of the retards on ********, but I have a buddy that's really into crossfit and posts pictures like this and gets tons of comments praising how awesome he is and looks.
He always begs me to join his gym, but its 3x as much per month and I don't even think they have dumbells.

I know people who like to do cross-fit and theres nothing wrong with that IMO. Obviously they aren't massive, but some are pretty damn strong. Everyone has different goals and in the end its just another way to exercise.

not everyone has the goal of being huge
I dont really care what others do in the gym. just as long as it doesnt stop me from doing what i need to do.
They do look strange but ive tried doing some of their exercises and workouts and they are pretty intense. Shooting it down because it gets people interested in fitness and because it looks stupid is absolutely pathetic.

I just hate how the crossfit guys take up half of our gym. We have 2 squat racks and 1 olympic pad and they are always taking up both.
brb kipping pullups for 2 hours - 1 rep per set because they can't even do 1 pullup
