    Help with post workout and what to buy.

    My first post on bb.com, im also from brazil, then my english sucks, im having a hard time picking something to use on post workout, and maybe another hours of the day

    I was thinking about myofusion or nitrocore, alread used ON wheys, but i wanted to try something new.
    Another thing, if i get myofusion or nitrocore, im going to need to add some carbs (dextrose) on my post workout?

    yea i could, but the value of dolar keep raising in brazil, i cannot aford it right now..so i gotta pick one of those two..i also got optimum creatine and bcaa (600gr and 400 caps) here, waiting for my protein

    i dont want to get any fat, im on my limit alread, 200 pounds, my height i have no idea how to convert to ..ahh feets? we use kilogram here, im 1,88

    gaining weight isn't always a bad thing. 1.88 meters is around 6'1" and 200lbs at that height isn't terrible. like ghost said, focus on a solid, effective diet
