Hello, I've read the thread on complete shoulder injury and RC, and I've came to the conclusion I've done something to my AC. I've always had slight pain when doing incline bench, so I thought I'd try a light work out to see if it still hurt, as it is only incline bench that causes me problems.
I also did a bit boxing training in this work out, but about 2 hours later my shoulder stiffened up, and hurt when I moved it in certain ways. It also clicks when I move my arms up and down laterally. I'm not sure if I should do exercises such as the broom stretch, or just rest it?
Thanks,

Perhaps you have a case of Osteolysis of the AC joint. Check it out. http://orthoontheweb.com/ac_osteolysis.asp
Keep up with your exercises, just make sure you don't move into the pain. If it hurts, either alter the way you do your exercise (different weight, different angle, different grip, different range etc) or find a different exercise to do. Make sure you maintain the full range of you shoulder, and remember to stretch the chest, traps, deltoids, lats etc to make sure your muscles do not stiffen/shorten as this may place more stress on your ac joint. My website: http://www.posturedirect.com
