I'm not sure why I injured myself. I dunno, losing tightness in the hole, doing too much work overall. I'd estimate it would add 5% for an intermed, 10% for a newb if ran perfectly. i think the pacing is better than smolov. Easy day then hard day. I added nothing because I didn't finish the program

But okay, I'll take the bait. I've been doing SS for about 2 months. I'm shorter than you. My squat is about 100lbs higher than yours. My deadlift is about the same if not slightly higher than yours (I'm better at 1s than 5s). You bench 30lbs more than me at most. My e-pen0r is larger than yours. My dad can beat up your dead. etc. Oh wait, who cares again? What does this have to do with optimal programming?
