Bulked around 15lbs in 14wks (give or take) and saw 2 friends for the first time in the last 8 weeks. They both said I was looking "bigger." I said "lol it's just fat." and poked my own gut in jest. They said "no like...your arms." I said thanks, but inside I was like:
On another note, got an appointment with a new endo who does TRT squared a way after changing insurances. With any luck, he won't be totally clueless.PRs - Sq / B / D / Total

After today's 5/3/1 deadlift, Wedlers "estimating max equation" put me at 412lbs. So I broke the program protocol for once to test it out and tried a raw 405 pull (after my deadlift workout was already done) and locked out. I was pretty stoked. Equation has seemed very accurate for me so far.
Also total is now around 950. 50lbs more to go until my short term goal is reached.
1k total within 6 months of proper training or bust.

Thanks man.
My estimated max last month was something like 395 but I couldn't pull that much. I realized my weak point was lockout and did a ton of rack pulls and more back volume and within a month increased my back strength a ton.
Just find your weak point and do accessory work to improve it. You should get up there in no time.

Today my victory was the argument I had with one stupid vegan, he tried to convince people that meat eaters are gonna die and cholesterol is killing them. When I confronted him with some science he start laughing and calling me stupid because he knows he don't have a clue what to say. He continued laughing and laughing like he is crazy or something, then I called him to come here to post those broscience from youtube, but he start laughing again and said"those people don' know nothing about nutrition, so and you", then I blocked him for sending me any messages because nothing to argue about, he only laughs at my medical studies, clamming I don't have a clue what I'm talking about, and laughing again. Sorry Arlington Road but you lost from me, you can laugh as much as you want, clearly you are stupid to read medical literature. Keep posting youtube videos, and telling people cholesterol is bad for you. I already show you that you don't have a clue about your propaganda.
