remembered i read this article this morning after seeing the other bullying thread on the front page.

-kid's mom dies when he's only 8
-next year he is diagnosed with muscluar dystrophy
-condition gets progressively worse, starts losing ability to walk and do other basic tasks
-while listening to his dad's ipod on one of his prescribed walks he is mugged by an older kid at his school who smashes his face into the pavement + steals his ipod
-older kid's idiot friends follow and taunt him on the way home every night after blaming him for getting their friend in trouble
-kid commits suicide hours after he was served with a subpoena to testify against the kid who attacked him in court
-worst part is that now this idiot kid who jumped him will probably let off because the case was reliant on mitchell's testimony

I hope that what those kids did sits on the conscience so much that they have trouble sleeping at night. This is just absolutely disgusting. Didn't some other kid commit suicide too for being gay or something and then the kids taunted his sister as well?
