Did 2 full weeks of Keto so far (under 25g a day carbs), felt great no bad side effects of entering ketosis. So i did my 1 day carb up on saturday and I consumed around 600-650g of carbs.
Today was my first workout of the week and weights felt real heavy. I didnt lose any strength but it was hard putting up the same weight as last week. Should I increase carbs next time? I gained about 3.5lbs of water.
