im new to con-cret and just purchased my first tub of it

can i stack it with

1MR-pre-workout
Xtend- during
100% ON Whey-post

are all of these together ok?

That would be okay, but I would recommend switching out your 1mr for White flood or SAN Fierce(If you get fierce you won't need an additional creatine product), Drop the xtend unless you are training fasted, switch your con-cret out for regular allmax creatine mono(Don't need if you get fierce), and your ON whey for XF Whey or Myofusion. Much better stack, you should also add in a multi with good forms of vitamins and minerals and fishoil with a high amount of epa/dha per pill. For the multi I would recommend orange triad and the Fishoil get oximega fishoil.
