Anybody have any experience with Intermittent Fasting? I'm doing the 20 hour fast, then 4 hours of eating method, has anybody had better results with a different method?

Just do whatever you like most or whatever works best, I personally have a 6 hour feeding window, from 2pm to 8pm, works out pretty good for me.

I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad,they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

I eat a very small lunch 400 calories then a massive 1400 calorie post workout meal. I have used a few different schedules and they all provide the same weight loss but the current one is the best for satiety for me.

If calorie intake is the same in both, that's true. However, if you can do a longer fasting period without feeling like complete **** then you typically won't eat as much in a shorter window cuz basically, you're full. That's how it is for me anyway. When I do a 20/4 window I eat less in the day (with 1 meal and a shake) than I do in a 16/8 or other window.
