Hey man, I don't know for sure how much creatine, but if it doesn't label it with a certain gram amount and is labeled as a proprietary blend like this is. Then it usually means minimal amounts less then a gram. It isn't something you should be concerned about if you don't want creatine. Have you ever tried Muscletech protein? I bought the same stuff from Sams when I ran out of my AAEFX NF Pro and forgot to order more. I thought it tasted terrible. I ended up giving it away when my order finally came in.

Thanks for the help. I thought it tasted terrible as well but I just tried 2 scoops with water and it goes down easy lol. I pretty much chug my protein shakes anyway so it's no big deal to me.

Wow, I seriously have no idea how I glanced over that lmao... I posted on MuscleTech's ******** page for you, waiting for an answer. From the limited info I could find it looks like anywhere from 1-2 grams per scoop.

Typical whey concentrate. Lower quality whey concntrates will have carbs and other impurites. Not that its not safe or anything. Creatine is probably in minimal doses.

I picked up vpx syngex on amazon for $32 delivered... taste is better than MT and none of the "proprietary blend" bullshizz

There is nothing wrong with MuscleTech Premium Whey Protein, other than maybe the taste isn't has good as some more expensive brands. It's just the cool thing to do to make fun of muscletech. Seriously, look at the ingredients and tell me what's so bad about it.
