I've been slow bulking for a while now and have seen some gains, with a 4 day routine (Day A and Day B each twice a week) focused around compund exercises with a few accessory iso and bodyweight exercises. I've had knee issues for a while and am now at the point where I need to rest them and not do any heavy leg exercises (squat and deadlift) for maybe around a month. I can go through the motion with some light weight but really just want them to get healthy. In the meantime, I'm still going hard with my upper body (bench press, bb row, bb press, pullups, etc.). Should I continue to bulk or wait until my knees heal and my lower body intensity can match my upper body. thanks
