    could i get ripped in 6 months (pic included)

    im 5'8 120 pounds, just started going gym 4 times a week, using creating and weight gain, so could i get ripped ?

    You could, but I would definately bulk first. Mabye 3 month bulk then cut for 3 months if the 6 months is for an actual event/reason. If otherwise bulk for longer.

    Gain some muscle mass first and then start cutting. 6 months is enough to get ripped.

    okk thanks and by bulk up do you meen what im doing,, 3 weight gaining shakes a day ( 1300 calories) and other meals that will add that up to around 3500 calories a day, along with creatine that apparently helps put on a bit of weight? if not what do u meen, thanks

    If you want to do it the right way. You'll need to calculate your maintenance calories (amount of calories you need in a day to not gain or lose weight) and eat 500 or so more calories every day. Doing this you'll gain approximately 1 lb per week. Consume at least 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh daily. In your case, 120g+ daily. Start a strength program to grow some muscles.

    You could just eat a lot and go to the gym. But you have a 40-50% chance of losing weight/getting fat/wasting your time.

    cheers for that, so far ive gained around 3lb-4lb in 2-3 weeks, and been going to gym 4 times a week aswell, seems to be working just fine, just not doing much cardio
