Id start with incline and alternate with flat. I find if I go really hard on incline and flat ; go and do biceps and come back that I can push a few more sets out.
I always start off with a BB flat bench drop set, this gets my chest pumped pretty quick. Then I do 3x sets of incline DB's, 3x sets of flat DB's and 3x sets of high cable flyes. Seems to give good results for me.
