Hey guys, I bought this peanut butter jar from an international market and on the label it was that per 100g you get 786~kcal, is it just me or it sounds abit too much? I'm currently bulking so overcounting my calories would be kinda bad.
Here's the jar: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Africas-Fine...+Peanut+Butter
Thanks.

That sounds high to me. I think around 600 is more reasonable. It's about half fat so that's 450 kCal. Maybe 20 grams of carbs and 20 grams of protein, so that is ~160 more. Total is around 600.
Started in September of 2015 to work myself back to a reasonable level of fitness, following an unreasonable weight gain based on fast food and hiding from the heat in front of an air conditioner.

Its got no added sugar. I have seen similar stuff to this in the shops. Its so fatty you can see the oil on top. good stuff.
Alan Aragon, Brad Schoenfeld, Stu Phillips, Lyle McDonald. FTW.
Not a physique competitor but hope to compete in powerlifting next year. Max bench 1RM with pause 160kg. 352lbs.
Lift and learn.
