Answers to FAQ:
*This contest will be based on the highest percentage. The total weight won't have a factor in the rankings.
*When a person posts first place, they have set a record for the contest and in order knock them down they need to be beaten.
This encourages people to enter early and submit often.
*You can't be in more then one weight class at the same time, but you can change weight classes as often as you can but you can't revert back to your old video; your current video voids your last one.

brb I am only doing 3x8 bw right now lulz (less when I do them right after deads ha!). I will sometimes hold a 10lb plate between knees and be able to rep 4-5. How to ever make the jump to 25 lbs? I don't want to look like an idiot by putting 25 lb on a belt and then not getting it or only do 1 rep lulz.

Once you can do a certain number of pullups you can always get back in the grove on doing them again 34 is my personal best.
Ive done many types of workouts to increase my numbers. Weighted heavy weighted light, 100 for time, pyramid sets, and just plain old 4 sets of my max. Just have to find what works for youPullups Max reps: 40 reps

What is your opinion on doing pullups every other day? This is what strengthproject on youtube recommends but I wonder if this is overtraining so I only do pullups once a week. Congrats on your guinness world record... you should put up some pullup tutorials I am sure they would get a lot of views with that record to your name.
