I just read the leangain guide: and I would really like to try intermittent fasting because it seems more "time-friendly" for a lack of better words. I'm in college and don't have time for 6 meals a day as it becomes a hassle. I need help making a schedual for it because reading the common college schedual he posted doesn't fit mine. I'm in class mon-thurs basically 10-6pm mon-thurs.
I'd appreciate some help and past experience on intermittent fasting.
thanks bros

Nope man don't worry about meal frequency, seriously just read up on the stickies in this forum =p I'm making some of my best gains ever on 2-3 huge meals a day (these meals are at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. usually 150+ carbs in my last meal). I used to eat 6-7 times a day and "clean" which is a false statement, but wasn't making gains. Insulin spikes are generally nothing to worry about unless competing or you have maybe diabetes (might be wrong on that part lol).
