bb rows - 105 5x3
comments: had to use straps on snatches today. i really hate to. my hand was ripping again though. guuuuh. btw i always use straps on rows. a lot of dizzy spells today

clean and jerk - 133kgs 7x1 (missed 2 jerks out of the 7)
front squat - 158x2, 158 miss (dizzy spell), 155 4x2
comment: was supposed to get 5 singles of 133 so i did two extra reps of c+J making the jerk to reach that goal. had dizzy spells again on squats, i've had them all week. might be a problem in my diet

today was supposed to be a mock competition day. yay for being surrounded by sick people
snatch - worked up to 120kgs (strapless PR )
after this i sucked with dizzy spells big time
clean and jerk - worked up to 145 clean and jerk.. which is nothing to me really.. then cleaned 151 and totally bombed the jerk.
front squat - failed 172 .. dizziness
comment: happy with snatch. barely missed 126 after that 120. got dizzy just on the first pull of all my cleans, it was terrible. i dont know how i cleaned 151. the vids arent even worth posting (except my snatch). almost passed out coming out of the hole of the 172 FS. sucks man. i'm going to take some maintenance days and let all the sickness around me disappear for about a week, then max out again. so look forward to some boring 2-3 workouts hehe.

on a bit of a hiatus. just moved to Michigan from Calgary. i had an 18 hour flight day yesterday. and guess what? my canadian card didnt work anywhere. so i literally went a whole day without eating. i exchanged a 5 dollar euro i had in my wallet to get 6 bux and bought one 20g protein bar. airports are expensive.
while i wait for my weights to ship here, for the next 2 weeks ill be doing random workouts. probably going to start benching (no arch, clean/jerk grip, feet on bench) and push pressing. my arms feel sooo weak.

dont have my eleiko equipment shipped here yet, so i a little maintenance
snatch - 100kgs 2x2, 1x3
backsquat - 162kgs 3x2
bench (feet up on bench, clean/jerk grip) - 100kgs 7x2, 1x3
few sets of ohp with 60kgs
first time doing a bench workout in over 3 years. arms were incredibly shaky lol. weird how i can jerk 100lbs more than that eh?

having been able to have very conventional workouts. still waiting for my eleiko set to get here. 2 days ago i worked up to snatching 265lbs pretty easy. benched a little here and there.
today:
cleans - 313lbs, 333lbs
backsquats - 403lbs x 2, 423lbs x 1
a little bench u nooo w/e
comment: i'm sick. this morning i coughed up a huge glob of mucus. sick. surprised i worked up to such heavy %'s.

still waiting for my eleiko set to arrive, my lifting situation has sucked ass. i havent had a serious workout for the past 3 weeks until today, and weird enough, 15lbs lighter than the last time i did these lifts, i had a doubles PR on snatch and still hit 2x bodyweight backsquat for a double. hehe
snatch - 100kgsx2, 111kgsx2, 120kgsx2
backsquat - work up to 403lbsx2
edit* i weigh 200lbs, down from 215 when i was in Calgary 3 weeks ago

not really haha. i worked out like twice a week the past 3 weeks, and didnt do so well. mostly did 100 for 3x3 snatches, 140 for 3x1 cleans, a few 160 single FS's. i dont know how i did so good today haha. i cant jerk yet or clean how i want to until my eleiko set gets here. i only have 6 20kg bumpers right now.
also, for log purpose, my diet is very restricted. i drink a little under a gallon of milk per day, 4 chicken breasts per day, one can of tuna, 2 25g protein shakes. thats about it k. thats my diet.
