That means I've gained 15 pounds in less then one year
Today.... I vow to make it to the gym at least 5 times this week.
Just got to find a way to clean my diet up.

It's just so easy to do.... I use to run a minimum of 3 miles a day and was in the gym 3 to 4 times a week. Then school, work, and training consumed most of my time. When I finally got free time, my laziness took over.
I figure I'll do 5 days a week till I can find myself a routine and build back up.

I gained 14lbs this last year and I'm smiling from ear to ear.... So it's not the fact you gained weight..... You gained FAT..... Big difference. It's all about the diet, get it sorted out and the rewards will follow.
