In!
Had a look at your vids, great deads, you lifts are insane, especially your incline man! Mirin...
Looking big, in the pics, everything seems to be in proportion, arms and chest stand out though!
Sorry to hear about your fall out with Striker, Lanked is a boss though, so I'm looking forward to seeing more workouts up in here man!Last edited by Little_Moth; 09-25-2011 at 12:33 PM.

hey bro, haven't been logging on here for a while so don't know all the shiit thats been going on between you and striker, but i can say that you will make it in America. There is a certain passion and drive for success that people, specifically Asian people, have that most natives in America lack(not all), and that alone will make you big. There is a reason why Asian students are the majority at Ivy League schools.

Sup?
Info:
Age: 20
Weight: 202lbs? :/
Height: 6'5
Intent:
Get to 220 as well lulz. Then go from there.
Background:
Started lifting at 17 when I was 6'5 150lbs, so sick of being skinny (and still am). Went from 150 to about 194 in the first two years, then went over sea's for 3 months and dropped to 172lbs. Got back to NZ at the start of 2010 and over the next year I got up to about 218lbs, however this year has been pretty tough. I have to work heaps, and study has been really full on so I haven't had much time to train lately, so I dropped a bit of weight and strength, plus I cycle everywhere so that = a lot of cardio (also had a few injuries, strained my lower back last year, stopped my deadlifting for a good 9 months, injured my wrist eariler in the year, and a month ago I sprained both my wrists, still haven't got full flexibilty back in them yet)
Anyway my best lifts were:
Squat: 308lbs
Bench: 265lbs paused
Deadlift: 375lbs
Press: 154lbs
Routine:
Texas Method
Just trying to get some consistent training in with this, cos I know I'll get something out of it.
Pics?
Camera is broken at the moment, need to get a new one
Me at 150lbs
165lbs
218lbs?
Anyway once I get through this year I'll have 3 months of solid training over summer(christmas), dis gon be good.

nice low-bar'n, hows your stance? i dont go super duper PL low bar, but usually I just use it when I get to a certain point and cant use high bar, same foot stance (narrow as fuuu). for whatever reason doing that allows me to keep just about the same depth just use a bit higher weight. only drawback is it can hurt the wrist/RCs a bit more and not as upright when doing it

My RC hates me these days, I had to break from low bar cause I couldn't use my left arm to do anything.
Nice work Kaz, I laughed so hard when I read about your pants ripping though. Mirin determination to complete workout despite bleak circumstances.

As for stance when I did high bars I had to use quite a narrow stance, going wide felt really uncomfortable. But with low bar I can use quite a wide stance and it feels much better and hitting depth is no problem.
