These are commonly mentioned foods, but I combined them to make the most delicious sandwich ever.

Take 2 pieces of whatever bread you like(I prefer fiberone multigrain), load up with a thick layer of peanut butter on each piece, fry up about 6 eggs, put 3 on each piece, in the center put a big piece(maybe 8 oz) of extra sharp cheddar cheese.

Peanut Butter Egg & Cheese Macrobomb

Calories in excess of 3,000/sandwich and it tastes epic! 150g+ of protein too

Me too!! What do you usually do with spaghetti squash. I've only tried it once and was kind of disappointed...thinking about giving it another chance. I love acorn too! And delicata. My favorite part of fall/winter is squash and Halloween

I'm not sure how to pronounce it, but I think it's called chicken breast. Pretty sweet profile, IMO. Check it out if you haven't tried it.

Yes on the squash. ^^^ I've been eating it almost every day for the past couple of weeks. Acorn and buttercup squash rules!

Srsly though, chicken thighs are so much better than chicken breasts...not enough people eat them. They're cheaper and so much more flavorful.

I like thighs when they are cooked on the grill, chicken breast (bone-in) cooked on the grill or oven, and breast (boneless, skinless) pan cooked with some oil. Boneless chicken breast is almost always on sale for $1.79-1.99 so that's usually the go to.

3000 calories??? Thats like a cheat day in one meal.

I was reading about shirataki noodles, they are 0 cals and made of fiber. I havent tried them yet but am planning on it. Original sunchips are good if you have the self control to eat only 1 or 2 servings.

    Egg whites with kale.
Egg whites with cinnamon and a little unsweetened almond milk (like french toast, without sugar and toast) : )
    Squash in its many forms.
Shirataki noodles have become a new fav.
Tuna with chopped greens and some plain greek yogurt mixed.

None of that is really that "strange" but, I enjoy them.
