2tbsp serving is 1.5g fat, 5gcarb(2 fiber), 5g of protein. tastes almost as good but dry. nothing has been added to it but the fat has been squeezed out. I have never smothered peanut butter for a PBJ sandwich for calorie dense reasons until this...

In oatmeal or whey shake, love PB2. Otherwise, not even close to the real thing. I'd say 6/10 at best. The consistency and texture doesn't match. The taste is close though. However, when I was putting PB2 in my oatmeal it did curb my PB cravings so I wasn't eating any out of the jar like a fatass so... It was beneficial to me.
