    is peanut butter even good

    for me after a workout, i eat a bagel with peanut butter, its like my "desert" since i cut out all sweets

    i cant have peanut butter arround cuz i eat way too much...its too damn calorie dense it destroys my diet... need moar self controls i guesse.

    solid thanks, i eat it at dinner because of my work schedule. so 430 is my main meal, and peanut butter sticks to me all night,

    2tbsp serving is 1.5g fat, 5gcarb(2 fiber), 5g of protein. tastes almost as good but dry. nothing has been added to it but the fat has been squeezed out. I have never smothered peanut butter for a PBJ sandwich for calorie dense reasons until this...

    just add water and you have PB

    In oatmeal or whey shake, love PB2. Otherwise, not even close to the real thing. I'd say 6/10 at best. The consistency and texture doesn't match. The taste is close though. However, when I was putting PB2 in my oatmeal it did curb my PB cravings so I wasn't eating any out of the jar like a fatass so... It was beneficial to me.
