    lifting before or after swimming?

    I been researching a bit and found that lifting before swimming is better because the muscles break down after lifting making it more productive to swim with.

    Any brahs lift and swim on the same day?

    while ur doin the backstroke do some dumbell chest press

    or when doing the butterfly throw in some dumbells for chest flies
