Cant decide between buying optimen, source naturals, irwin, or performaxx?? Never tried any of them, any advice guys. Looking for a multi with a good energy boost to it.

I Used Source Naturals for a while, great multi if your on a budget. However I recently switched to Orange Triad and like it more due to the joint complex.

if you can afford it. animal pak + animal flex. every vitamin u need in abundance plus joint and ligament support

A multi won't generally provide energy. If it does you probably have serious deficiency issues. But there is 1 multi that provides good, clean cognitive focus, and a nice mood boost: SAN Dr Feel Good. Nothing else like it on the market.Originally Posted by fazzenterprises
