Was in a birthday party yesterday, prepared ahead.

Got some delicious chicken breast with a dip of Kikkoman soy sauce while everyone else ate their fat content aka cake.

woke up had some protein pancakes, (pro powder, oat flour, egg white, natty pb) next meal was pro powder shake ezekiel toast and peanut butter, then two meals of organic chicken with organic avacado and organic couscous with veggeis organic as well, then some chickien salad with organic breast mayo and veggies as well as some medjool dates and a bannana(organic), came home soup with organic chicken (strong chicken day lol) and cabbage, almonds, 4 eggs 2 yolk ezekiel toast, thinkin imma have another shake with some almonds and some sort of fruit before i fall asleep

had a good day 2, no refined sugars or carbs, although i did have some white rice noodles with some beef and chicken with papaya for lunch, i definitely could feel the carbs being pushed in my muscles, (like dem der bodybuilders say) also a lot of fruit and a pure fruit juicedrink for pwo, not gonna subsitute sugar with honey or brown rice syrup or anything like that so its gonna be a long road

I'm in on this. I have to do this anyway. Only carb I'm eating is overcooked brown rice probably like half a cup on workout days. other than that eating peanuts, jerky, chicken, etc. trace amounts of carbs maybe 15g~ on non workout days

So far, so good. Replaced a couple things with sugar free versions like peanut butter, rusks, cereal. I'm good all day long - it's the evening where I struggle.
