Hi, so for a few months now I have been working on cutting and so far I have gone down 30lb. However I have seem to just stop at 190lb for about 4 weeks and haven't changed. So I want to try dropping my calories just another 100 in hoping that will get things moving again. But going off of the thread stickied at the top called "Calculating Calorie Needs and Macronutrients" I'm already to low on all of my macros. As of right now I have been getting about 1800-1850 cals, 210-220 Protein, 50-60 fats and 130-160 carbs a day. So one easy way I am thinking I could drop my cals by 100 would be to stop taking olive oil 2 times a day and only take it 1 time, but then I would be only getting like 40 fats a day and I don't know if that's way to low.
Any ideas or help?
Thanks
