400g carbs
150g fats
I'm eating stupid amounts of food, and I'm even throwing in extra calories from things like mayo and ice cream. I'm still losing weight! I'm getting stronger, and muscle mass is maintaining, i think. In the past 4 months I've gone from 188lbs down to 178lbs. I'm trying to get up to 240lbs, but it seems like the more i increased my food intake the more weight i lose. WTF!? Any advice?
