hey guys, im reaching the end of my time with starting strength, and now im starting to look for a good intermediate program that I can switch to when the time comes.
I've been looking at Layne Norton's PHAT program, and it seems pretty legit. but i havent seen many good comments on it. some people say it's more of an advanced program than intermediate(?)
Would trying PHAT be a mistake at my level, or is it worth trying? And if not, can you guys put some other suggestions up for a good intermediate program?
im mainly looking for one that is hypertrophy intesnive, but also focuses on core lifts as well as isolation movements. also, i plaan to cut for about 2 months when the program starts and then begin a bulk
thanks

I have tried both versions of his routine, I preferred the older version, more intense. If you're dedicated to it, you should do fine, just make sure you perform everything correctly. It has a good rep because it works. Good luck.
The best things in life are beyond money; their price is agony and sweat and devotion.
What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31
