    Question I have a question concerning HST.

    Ok, I just finished up with Rippetoes and made great progress... I'm running a cycle of HST to switch things up and get some hypertrophy.. Now, basically I'm confused on the whole training to failure thing.. For example, if I was doing one set for the bench press, and that's all I was doing for chest.. Should I go to failure or not? Everyone I ask about this can't seem to give me a proper answer.
