Got a nice little box in the mail with a sample bottle of Ragnarok and a packet of the new Carnage.
Energy
The Rag gives some great energy in the gym, almost a little too much...I got a little piece of the shakes about half way through, but went away soon.
Effect
Overall, I was pleased with the sample, felt nice and strong throughout my entire workout and was able to finish strong as well, no crash. I could tell by the harsh soreness in my pecs that I indeed was able to push it a little harder in the gym.
Taste
Just when everything was looking good...the solid ingredients, the flavor sounded good....but it tasted like a jar full of medicine!!!! I was pretty let down because Black Cherry sounded really good...oh well. The solid ingredients and overall effect IMO make up for the taste. Plus I've always said effect/result always comes before taste.

ya I mix mine in gatorade and it helped a lot dirty dean.. but as you can see my my log the effectiveness is great so the taste is less bothersome

DD you got the old flavors. Sobe will be the first person on bb.com to get the new reflavored/remilled product. Also Blue Raspberry and Watermelon are on the way. The flavor difference is like night and day.

Yeah were can we get some samples of the watermelon? That sounds like a great flavor. I love watermelon Xtend so I bet this would be good too. Samples please?
