Well last week about this time I posted about what a such good day I had (lost virginity, newspaper, dinner). This week everything is going great with career/classes/future, but the woman and I split. 2 1/2 years and we finally ended.
In better news...girls I usually don't talk to are giving me a lot attention not to sure why and I set new PR's in dead lift/squat/bench this week.
Any tips on getting the woman off of your mind? Or just let time heal?
(already got tip of stop being a pussy from others)

Wow, first three posts are from the people I respect most in this forum.
I'm trying on the aesthetics part, choco milk shall be done tonight, and another woman is going to take time. Have to let it settle in a little bit.
Pug, I lost my virginity to her at the ripe age of 19 (sigh).Ha........gaaaayyyyy!!!

I had to go through the exact same thing about 2 years ago. Only difference was she cheated and I caught her.
Anyways, there are three things that you've got to remember when going through this kind of stuff.
1. Focus on YOU. Focusing on improving yourself will help.
2. Everything happens for a reason. You may think she is everything to you now, but when you find the RIGHT girl you will realize how wrong you were.
3. Don't go boinking randoms. Do you really want to hurt a girl and make her feel the way you do right now? It ain't fair, so don't do it.
Stay busy, stay focused. Write down goals and go after them.

always remember that you are your own best friend. always. companionship/lust/romance is exciting. but you still have to live with yourself. a person should never be your whole world. they should just be a compliment to an already great life you have. they shouldn't be there to save/rescue you. etc.
you will be just fine. i was 23. lol. don't feel too bad.
