In better news...girls I usually don't talk to are giving me a lot attention not to sure why and I set new PR's in dead lift/squat/bench this week.

I had to go through the exact same thing about 2 years ago. Only difference was she cheated and I caught her.

Anyways, there are three things that you've got to remember when going through this kind of stuff.

1. Focus on YOU. Focusing on improving yourself will help.
2. Everything happens for a reason. You may think she is everything to you now, but when you find the RIGHT girl you will realize how wrong you were.
3. Don't go boinking randoms. Do you really want to hurt a girl and make her feel the way you do right now? It ain't fair, so don't do it.

Stay busy, stay focused. Write down goals and go after them.

Keep yourself as distracted as possible. Hit the gym hard. Socialize a lot with your friends and family. Try not to sit and think...or at least minimize the amount of time you spend thinking...for now.
