It looks really weird imo. People say its good, but i swear its just the peak coming out, not actually my bicep getting bigger haha

*slow clap* first image is black and white, second image my face is blocked out. Besides I open all photos in CS5 to change the sizes.
hmm theres a reason I didnt post any lol. Work in progress, not small, but definitely not big either. They have all the stritations down them, but need more size.

Monday - Chest/Triceps Rugby Training
Tuesday - Back/ Traps / Biceps
Wednesday - Quads/Hams Rugby Training
Thursday - Calves / Shoulders
Friday - Abs / Arms Traps Rugby Training
Saturday - Chest / Triceps (Next saturday will be Back/traps/biceps)
Sunday - Cardio, cycling or swimming usually
Work 8am to 5pm, Gym 5:30 to 7pm, Rugby training 7:30pm to 9pm. Home at 9:30, shower and sleep.
