ive been weight training for 12 months now ive had to learn myself, ive had no proper set routein or diet plan although i have been consistant and never missed a day..i have put quite abit of size on... im just wondering if any of you guys could give meh a workout to follow and a diet plan for bulking... beacause im all out of ideas now im 5ft 11. weigh 13 stone....?? thanks alot joe
