which is better, taste better, and i can drink in the mroning and after working out , in the evening ,, and it will help me gain weight and muscle mass, or do i need to drink another drink to do that, lke gain muscle mass??

both are shiit. all that waxymaze is terrible unless you're consuming it immediately post-workout. make your own shakes using 2 scoops of whey, 4 tablespoons of natty peanut butter, and 1/2 cup-1 cup of oats... add some ice and blend♦ ɴɣϲ ϲrew ♦
