Saw it earlier today. I was very proud of the audience I was with. When Jennifer Lawrence gave that "x-women" jab, a handful of people in the audience groaned.
As for the movie itself it was just "meh" The only reaction I can think of is this;
It had a couple of good fight scenes, but everything in the movie had already been done before. I'm just glad its over so now Disney can make better use of the characters.

It wasn’t as bad as they are saying. It’s way better than Captain Marvel or AntMan 2

I'm honestly disappointed this movie did so poorly. I was actually gonna see it until the whole x-women thing. I really liked Logan, and I was hoping that had set the bar for good X Men films in the future. Was it not by the same studio?
