I keep looking up threads and some say its not, others say its loaded with sugar...
According to the company:
No preservatives.
No artificial colours.
Every 400g jar contains 56 hazelnuts; a 750g jar contains 106.
Hazelnuts are a rich source of vitamin B6, iron, calcium, and potassium.
Hazelnuts are high in protein and fiber.
Ingredients: sugar, modified palm oil, hazelnuts, cocoa, skim milk powder, whey powder, soy lecithin, vanillin.
1 ounce of hazelnuts, 180calories, 146 calories from fat and milk has 13g of sugar for skim milk (kind my mom buys).

I think you need to define what a cheat is first.
That being said, a cheat for me is anything that brings me to a point that I either don't, or can't, hit my nutrition targets by end of day.
For example, there are some foods that, if I eat enough of them, will make it impossible for me to hit my macros for the day. I would then label that a cheat day and by extension, that meal was a cheat meal.
But I don't think you can arbitrarily label an individual food source as being a cheat meal for everyone under all circumstances.Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=160275721&pagenumber=

Nothing is a cheat meal if it fits your macros.Start: 18/8/2011 = 145lbs
Current: 3/11/2011 = 160.05560234631lbs
I don't even lift, I just eat loads and pray it all turns into muscle
