Non consistent athletes taking supplements, effects? (srs)
For the sake of curiosity, what would the effects be of someone lifting-based supplements regularly (glutamine, NO, test boosters, pre workouts, BCAA, etc) without consistently working out? A lot of supplements don't necessary contain calories, but what would the body do with these excess supplements to someone who didnt lift often or at all? Would they have a lesser effect if they did start lifting?
