    Trying to Fix Past Mistakes

Ok, so I grew up skinny because I was extremely picky until about middle school in which I got more control over what I could eat and shot up until I was pretty chubby in high school. At that point I lost a lot of weight to get down to 116lbs (sickly), and decided to "bulk" which I did to 144lbs. I did a pretty crappy job and ended up gaining a lot of fat which caused me to lose again until I was 121 lbs. At this point I felt horrible and turns out I was slightly anemic, my liver levels were elevated (whatever that means), and my total testosterone was only 180 ng/dl.

That was last year. I've gained 15-17 lbs since then and fixed all my bloodwork, though my testosterone still only came back at 350 ng/dl. However I feel a ton better in almost every regard.

Does it look like I'm doing it "right" or should I fix something in terms of my training? I definitely could have gained more in that period but I took it pretty slow and had months where I stalled. I also feel like I've gained a good proportion fat particularly in the lower back region.

Currently I'm on a 3 days a week Upper Lower routine

    Before: 121-123lbs

    After: 137-138 lbs

And me demonstrating my pectus excavatum (hole in the chest) with flared ribs
    I protest this fraud
