Force Factor?

Hi folks,

I was reading all about the force factor product (tablets). Any of you familiar with it or have tried it?

Is it possible to take the force factor tablets before breakfast and lunch.
And use body rush when before i lift?

I would suggest buying something else. Probably one of the most useless supps I have tried.
