    Rate my Supplements

    I am 46 YO Male trying to build Muscle: Stats 5'8 174 LBS
    3 Full body Workouts a week
    Are these Supplements ok for this

    Fish oil- Morning
    Whey Protein with Creatine- Morning
    Workout around 6:00 PM
    Casein Protein after workout


    Please help me with this

    I'd drop the casein and pick up more whey and a multi, but otherwise there isn't much to say, you're just using the staples. Just make sure your diet is spot on and you're hitting your macros.

    No reason for casein, you can just use your normal whey

    Make sure you are getting ~2g EPA + DHA daily from your Fishoil

    I thought Casein was good before bed since it is a slow acting protein

    Have a glass of milk, regular whey, or a whey blend. Or even nothing. You'll have the same results assuming you met your macros during the day
