    Anyone ever heard of ANIMALISTIC FITNESS?

    Hey guys,

    I just came across this cool website (google Animalistic Fitness) providing authentic Navy SEAL workouts and programs designed by Navy SEALs.

    I was referred to it by a friend of mine and was wondering if anyone else here had heard of this site. If not, I would definitely recommend checking it out. Thanks

    it looks like total crap. A far better site is SEALFit, which is a class act and arent afraid to use their real names.
