    Skip the CEE it is no better than creatine monohydrate. Why do you think you are a non responder?

    I tried mono, cbol and bought some green bulge before being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis

    I was pretty ticked off that creatine never seemed to work for me in the past and now I think I know why lol

    Wanting to try CEE as I hear people with MS respond better to it.

    I took mono before and got some results. But also got cramps. And yes I was drinking 1 gal of water a day, but not so much bloating. Then I tried creatine HCL and got even more results, no bloat or cramps. So for me HCL works the best. Ive tried CEE and got ZERO results or side effects. Ive tried BSN Cell Mass and at the time MRI's CE2. Which were all CEE products.

    Go ahead and try it out. Seems like you have your mind made up, but I am unaware of any research showing that CEE is effective for anyone, but maybe you are aware of some research showing it is more effective for people with MS? If so, post it. Otherwise, IMO you are wasting your time and money.

    Don't take my word for it. Do a search with "CEE" or "creatine ethyl ester" in the subject line and read threads in the last couple years and I think you might do a 180.

    I tried to find the thread but I cant find it. I only found one thread about it but also not many people have MS either.

    Is there other alternatives to CEE I can try? Should I just keep trying different creatine blends?

    I have a brand new thing of green bulge I can try

    OP, do you understand what a creatine nonresponder is? It is basically when an individual already has their initial total creatine concentration already relatively high, and therefore, neither an appreciable uptake of creatine nor an effect on phosphocreatine resynthesis or performance will be found after creatine supplementation. Greenhaff et al. observed that approximately 20–30% of participants following a creatine loading regime did not respond with an increase in intracellular creatine. In 2004, Syrotuik and Bell conducted a descriptive profile of individuals portraying Greenhaff's classification of "responder" and "non-responder" characteristics. Results of this study concluded that the responders generally:

    1) possessed a lower initial quantity of intramuscular creatine and were able to absorb and take up a greater amount through supplementation;
    2) had a greater percentage of type II fibers;
    3) had a greater fiber cross sectional area; and
    4) possessed more fat-free mass.

    If you are truly a non responder to creatine mono, please explain to me how you will respond to a different type of creatine?

    That being said, how exactly did you determine that YOU are a non responder to creatine mono? Did your doctor run some tests and tell you that? Did you chart your body weight during the entire saturation period? Did it change at all? Did you chart your lifts during the entire saturation period? Were you unable to increase either total work production during exercise or peak power?

    Unfortunately, I doubt this particular case has anything to do with a lower distribution of fast twitch/Type II muscle fibers and the resultant greater basal Cr and PCr concentrations. Tarnopolsky et al, 2001 & Lambert et al, 2003 suggested that individuals with MS and/or similar diseases, likely suffer from low skeletal muscle creatine transporter activity/expression.

    snorkelman - thanks for the information, I see what your saying now.

    I was under the impression that since I have had no luck using mono and now having MS that my body would not accept creatine.

    I was thinking of using a diffrent kind hoping my body might accept it in a diffrent way if that makes since
