Hello all been reading alot in the forum and all but am just wondering if there any good caculators out there. The one thing that really baffles me is how much calories I should be consuming without dieting or bulk and then what are the amount when I do. Are there any good generators. Am 22, male, weigh 205 and am 5'98''. I don't know my bodyfat but gonna get that done soon. So how much should I be taking?

well to maintain your current bodyweight i would multiply 15 x bodyweight, cutting should be at about 10-12 x your bodyweight and bulking is 17-20 x bodyweight.
