    how long will this take?

    to get from 5'10" 155lbs at 16% bf to 180lbs at 10% bf

    Well the bulking alone would take around 10 months or so (if you're gaining 0.5 pounds per week [which means minimal fat gain]).. or around half that if you gain 1 pound per week (but with also slightly more fat gain).

    Then there's the whole deal with cutting and everything... so it depends really.. but 5-10 months just for the bulking part.

    And then of course, once you start cutting you're gonna lose some weight / fat.. so then you'd have to bulk again, and then cut again, etc.

    time

    All depends on genetics, natural or not, how your body responds, etc....your young. Be patients. If Rome was built in a day, it could fall in one day. Stay true to what you want. Keep moving forward. Avoid injuries.
