This is my older brothers natural transformation. He couldnt be botherd posting it so i did. He started lifting in 2009 while he was in year 12 just casually but started to train seriously in 2010 and this is what he looks like now.
His stats are currently:
186cm, 6% bf, 84kg
Best Deadlift: 170 1 rep
Best Squat: 160 1 rep
Best Bench press: 180kg 1 rep

THANKS! my brother would enjoy reading this thread. yeah his bench press is insane I reckon for how much he weights. hes also never done cardio and yet hes so cut its legit

Im gonna call bull**** on that bench press, think of it this way, bench press is an isolation exercise, your triceps kick in a little but it's mainly your chest obviously.
Deadlift on the other hand works your lower back, glutes, arms, legs, everything kicks in pretty much, and somehow his benchpress is higher than his deadlift. I don't buy it to be honest.
Amazing transformation though.

It depends on your genetics and how hard & long you have been working out with deads & squats. However they should be stronger than benching as squats and deads use more & larger muscles. If your bro works out with the same intensity on his squats and deads if he did with his bench then those numbers will rise.

uhm he used the routine chest/ tri back/bi legs/shoulders and added abs for 10-20min on the end of most those days. well in terms of his diet he watched what he ate eg. no junk food, lolies, softdrinks. but like he dint count his calories or anything but he did make sure he was getting his daily protein requirement and as i said in a post before he just ate when he was hungry and dint over do it. hes pretty much cleaned bulked his way to where he is now. likes hes never cut or done some intense weight gainer diet other than probably at the start of his gym.

Good transformation! However, your gona have to get a video of him benching 180 because they're just isn't a single part of me that believes 180 touches your bro's chest and is then powered away again at his size. BUT! If i see video evidence thn i will be totally BLOWN away! Anyway, like i said nice work on the transformation.
