Why can't people understand, when Ronnie Coleman says he's natural that means he's natural. Sheesh.
Whether Phil Heath used steroids to win the thing or not, you should not accuse them of ‘roids.

I don't know the context it was said in, but I do know that Scooby's target audience is beginners. He was probably just letting newcomers to bodybuilding no that that physique isn't achievable naturally.
Also about the leg press and squats thing.....While I agree that squats should be part of any serious lifters regimen most beginners can't do a squat right for ****, and they usually lack the hamstring and hip mobility to do so therefore putting excess pressure on the back and other joints which leads to injury. I personally wouldn't recommend a friend who's never lifted before squats unless I or someone who was very knowledgeable was teaching them to squat.

Glad everyone had a good laugh but did anyone bother to read my blog post? Kbrocking needs to work on his reading comprehension as is clear from his post about my post.
The reason for my post was simple. I know that everyone here and on my forum know that Mr O contenders are not natural, the issue is the naive wide-eyed teens who read FLEX magazine and believe everything the magazine tells them. They believe they too can look like Phil Heath if they just workout hard enough and buy the right supplements (advertised in FLEX magazine of course). These poor kids end up poor, depressed, and with lifelong self-esteem problems for their 'failure'.
By the way, if you read my blog post you will see that in no way do I express any personal opinion about whether Phil Health uses or doesnt use steroids. I didnt think I had to
